Sukiyaki !!

Hier, on a eu le droit à un délicieux sukiyaki. Hmmm ! Dans l'idée, ça ressemble à une pierrade améliorer, sans griller la viande et avec une sauce. Dedans on met de fines tranches de boeuf ( qui a le goût de fois gras ! Et ça doit être dans les même prix ), des légumes (champignons, choux, daikon (gros radis blanc), carottes, poireaux, ... tout ce qu'on veux), des sobas et à la fin dans le délicieux jus on finis par un morceau de tofu. On prend un morceau et on y trempe dans son bol où il y a un oeuf cru, avant d'y amener à la bouche. J'en bave rien que d'y repenser.
